Our telephone consultations are a great way to get expert advice regarding your dog and the services we offer from the comfort of your own home. This service is an excellent choice for owners who may have questions about various subjects revolving around our canine nutrition consultation services.

We are also happy to answer any questions you may have on home cooking for your dog, and offer suggestions on your recipe. However, we cannot discuss diet plan formulations during these consultations.

Once we receive your request for a telephone consultation, we will email you and schedule a day and time that we will call you. If you are not able to keep your scheduled consult, please notify us within 48 hrs. and we can reschedule.

Before having our telephone consultation, there is some information we need from your first. First, we will send you a patient diet history form via email. The information you provide will help us understand your dog better and any concerns you may have. This form must be completed within one week of receiving it. Please check your junk/spam email for your confirmation email if you haven’t received it a few minutes before your consultation.
